PokeGoTo helps you research Pokémon trading card prices, trends, liquidity signals, and active listings by aggregating publicly available data (e.g.PriceCharting, eBay). Features may change or be unavailable at any time.

An account is optional for basic analysis. Signing in lets you sync lists across devices and use our community features: a public collector profile, showcases, comments, following other members, sending cards and messages, listing cards for trade, and entering giveaways.

PokeGoTo is free to use and is funded by advertising and affiliate commission. We show ads through Google AdSense, and we may earn a commission when you buy through an eBay link on the site. This never changes the price you pay.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use PokeGoTo for your own research. You may not:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell our service or its output
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools that impose unreasonable load on our servers
• Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the service for unlawful activity

If you breach these Terms, your license ends automatically and we may suspend or terminate access.

You keep ownership of what you post — comments, photos, showcase entries, messages, and profile details. By posting it you give us permission to host, store, and display it where the feature is designed to show it (for example on your public profile, in the community feed, or to a member you sent it to), and to keep operating and promoting the service. You confirm you have the right to post it, including any photos you upload.

When using community features, you must not post content that:

• Harasses, threatens, bullies, or targets anyone
• Impersonates another person, member, or PokeGoTo itself
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy
• Is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate
• Is spam, scam bait, or advertising unrelated to the community
• Shares another person's private information

We may remove content, restrict community access, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, and we may do so without notice where the content is harmful or unlawful. If you see something that breaks these rules, please tell us.

PokeGoTo lets you mark cards for trade, browse other members' trade shelves, and send or receive trade offers. We only provide the place to find each other and record the offer. Any actual trade is a private arrangement between you and the other member.

We are not a party to your trades. We do not take payment, hold funds, ship items, escrow anything, or verify a card's condition, grade, or authenticity, and we do not verify who members are. Card values shown on offers are market estimates for reference only, not a valuation or guarantee.

You are responsible for deciding who to trade with and on what terms, and for any tax or legal obligations that follow. Disputes are between you and the other member. Please take the same precautions you would with any private sale.

We sometimes run giveaways. Each one is subject to the rules published with that giveaway, which set out who can enter, how entries and referrals work, the prize, and how a winner is chosen. No purchase is necessary. Giveaways are void where prohibited by law, and we may disqualify entries, or cancel or amend a giveaway, where there is abuse, fraud, or a technical problem. Giveaways are run by PokeGoTo and are not sponsored or endorsed by any social platform, eBay, The Pokémon Company, or any grading company.

PokeGoTo is for informational and research purposes only. Prices, trends, liquidity labels, and population statistics may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Nothing on PokeGoTo is buying, selling, grading, or investment advice.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make about buying, selling, or grading cards. Past prices do not guarantee future results.

Where PokeGoTo offers an AI assistant, its answers are generated automatically and may be wrong or out of date. Treat them as a starting point, not a fact, and check anything that matters against the underlying data.

Card prices and history come from third parties such as PriceCharting. eBay listings link to eBay, and those links are usually affiliate links that earn us a commission — this does not affect the price you pay or which listings we show you. We do not control third-party sites, accuracy of their data, or transactions you make elsewhere. Our Privacy Policy lists the services we rely on.

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

PokeGoTo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PokeGoTo from claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Check this page for the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
